I just told my wife we haven’t had that in a while

I have a local butcher that makes very good andouille

 

Yeah we’ve got a local place that is outstanding. They make their own pastrami as well. With one bite they managed to ruin pastrami because none I’ve tried since can hold a candle to theirs

 

Looks like chicken white chili, and leftover catfish tacos.

 

We stuff ours with a mixture of hot sausage and mozzarella cheese and some people add cooked rice then top it with some form of tomato sauce and bake

In august we will make a lot of this because with a vacuum sealer it freezes really well

 

I was tailgating before an October Steelers game and was looking out from the first level of the garage onto a tailgate

It was Louis Lipps and a bunch of his high school football buddies and they get together once a year

One guy was frying up catfish and he invited me to come down and try it so I did

Damn that was good I can’t get that here but we do have good fried Atlantic cod

 

One of my favorite things in life is fried cajun catfish. Love it.

 

Not to sound uppity but my old bones don’t fly in the back of the plane in the cattle car anymore. If I go to Europe or beyond I go business class. Much much nicer. And heck I’m just spending someone else’s inheritance.

Maybe that crew will be back for the October 11 game

I've had them so many different ways, I was just wondering. You know my Mother makes Her stuffed peppers just like you said.

I’m going to bump this August 13 just to confuse people

 

I might think of something incredibly delicious for the start of a new season with a new coaching staff but ultimately will probably stick with boiled hot dogs. Mike McCarthy could probably give Joey Chestnut a run for his money with those.

 

I cook a lot prime rib brisket salmon scallops shrimp Mexican German Chinese Curry and all in all I like a hot dog

 

I probably haven't eaten a hotdog in 10-16 years. It's not that I don't like them, I just never think about them when cooking, and I use eat right before I go anywhere where I may order one .

 

You know sometimes people just make things better, or they lie about how they actually do it. LoL.
For instance, My Grandfather & My Step Father, God rest their souls, made the best homemade cornbread I've ever tasted in my entire life, and both of them told me how to make it, and mine never has been as good as theirs. I believe they both left something out they didn't tell me. LoL

 

1) They put love into it

2) It's science your senses get used to the smells while you're cooking, so when someone else does the work, every flavor hits stronger
