What is Johnson’s role?

He’s not a special teams contributor, his pass protection is poor, and he’s only adequate as a power back. That’s really it.

I don’t see a clear role for him on this roster. Unless the team suffers an injury at running back, I think he’s got an appointment with the Turk at the end of camp.

Seems pretty simple to me, not sure it warrants a new thread. He doesn't have a role. He hasn't earned one yet.

 

KJ will have the same opportunity to compete for a job in that RB room just like all the rest. Nothing special or surprising either way in that.

If he starts running backwards cut him immediately!

Right now he would be the #3 who would see limited action. He is going to have to suck it up and contribute on special teams.

 

maybe he will be the guy to hold rodgers beer.

 

Lot of that going on during the football dead zone.

 

But it seems to center around a couple of OPs out of 3k board members
