Yep. I'm at my limit now. When we want to watch something on a service we don't have, some other gets dropped. Ya know household budget and all...:sigh:

    Yep.

I think people would generally rather pay a reasonable price over piracy. But I don't think people are going to sign up to 5 extra subscription services or whatever they're at now.

One thing about living in the metropolitan Pittsburgh area is you get all or almost all of the games on local TV

At first glance I'd want to say the product is becoming oversaturated; however, the data states otherwise. The average person owns these streaming devices whether football is on them or not, and ratings are going up.

Given that we have people spending time breaking down a backup QB's footwork drill, I would say fans cant seem to get enough NFL.

I never really got into NCAA football because most games seem to be super lopsided re: talent level.

I can get the game using IPTV. It's even better for me when I can watch the games on KDKA. It feels more like home to me :) Even though I am in Canada I always wanted to live in the Burgh. I could learn to love it sitting in the stadium watching my favourite team :)

There is a large generation of fans that will be disappearing from stadiums in the next 20 years or so. You have to wonder how many of the younger generations will be as avid about the game. Within my own extended family I already see disinterest with the game with those in their 20s, 30s. (Have one son that only has the games on as 'background noise' as he plays his video games.... hmm, I wonder, does the NFL count them as fans?).
