Baltimore nails the draft every year. They didn't make the playoffs this year.
Cleveland absolutely nailed the draft last year. They still finished last in the division. With two all pro qbs, DPoY, and DRoY.

Serious reply, I really like this pick at this point of the draft. Super strong "mauler" who lacks lateral movement AS A TACKLE moved inside when lateral quickness is for less important?
That is the move that gets you a player with more value than draft number would indicate.

The mullet was an ironic hairstyle since its inception. Thus the 'business in front, party in the back' tagline.

I was trying to forget about first round bust Jarvis Jones and then someone brings his name up again.

Worilds was who I was thinking of actually, did Williams retire early or was just let go? But yeah, Worilds was the guy I meant, that was a blow and led to Jarvis like you said. Dominos.

I do find it amusing people are throwing Allar into the trash category at 22 years of age in a system where there is a coach proven to develop QBs.

Even if he becomes a serviceable backup, a 3rd round pick was fine. I guess we will see.

I had the mullet haircut as late as early '91. Also had it my freshman year in high school...late '86.

There were several hairstyles in the 80's that resembled the mullet. There was even that one where the hair was long on top but buzzed from the ear level down except for the 'rat tail' in the very back. Most of the guys in the high school band had true mullets, some even permed.

My '86 mullet was permed in the back... and had a flat-top miltary style cut on top, shaved white walls on the sides. Looked like Chet from Weird Science, but with added mullet.

True. People go on about Tomlin not building a defense good enough to win with that offense, but Shazier and Tuitt were both brutal blows to the defense.

Like I said in another thread... we can go as far back as Jason Worilds. Steelers started drafting need instead of BPA... like they did with BPA DeCastro, Guard out of Stanford and earlier first round picks.

I never had a mullet until a couple years back, and that was just to do it because I never had one. Mine has pretty much all been the same length, and now almost is again. Hell I might cut it back into a mullet tonight. LoL As far as perm, my hair has always been curly. Although the older I get the less curly it is.

Back in the 00's... there was a website called: mulletsgalore.com It had different classifications, categories and styles of mullets. People could upload pics to the site. Whoever made that site was a genius. This was when the internet was cool and fun.

Another great was: YouHaveBadTasteInMusic.com This dude would literally step on a soapbox and berate people who were going to Nickeback, Creed, Ashley Simpson shows in the parking lots of concert venues.... yelling at people with a megaphone telling everyone they had bad taste in music. He would upload the videos to his site after the shows. :lolol:

I have a cousin who has very questionable taste in music. The only grunge act he liked was Temple of the Dog. I asked him how the hell he could like that album... and not like anything by Soundgarden, Pearl Jam, AIC and Nirvana. He said Soundgarden and Pearl Jam sucked by themselves. He thinks Days of the New and 3 Doors Down are the some of the best bands ever.

I actually liked Days of the New even though they sounded like a mix of many bands during that time done with an acoustic sound.

DoTN got on my nerves. Music sounded AIC Jar of Flies with Vedder-like vocals. Another one of the many bands who tried to capitalize off the grunge sound.

I thought Beck was much better at the acoustic drop-tuned sound... than DoTN ever was.
