Billy B...not 1st Ballot HoF. Will Ben also get screwed over?

You might want to watch the video I posted. We all saw the final drive. You are just seeing what you want to see. I am showing you what actually happened and so is Santonio Holmes.

You haven't proven anything other than you are unwilling to actually understand what happened on the field in that Super Bowl or you are intentionally lying about it.

Holmes dropped a perfect pass for a touchdown to win the game on first down......period.

Just watch the video. It's all there. Holmes said he screwed up. Nothing you are saying here makes you even remotely correct. It makes you comically wrong. Holmes says it himself, but somehow you think everyone is supposed to listen to your nonsense when they can watch a video of it and see it for themselves and have Santonio Holmes be the one telling you exactly what happened?

Everyone here can listen to Santonio Holmes in his own words tell you he screwed up and dropped the pass. Then on the game-winning play on second down, Holmes stumbles on his route and almost goes down, but Ben buys time and stays with him and makes the perfect pass for the game-winning touchdown. Stop trying to act like you're in the right here. You're full of it and you know it.

You are saying that Holmes bailed Roethlisberger out. Nothing could be further from the truth. Making the quarterback have to throw two game-winning touchdown passes because he dropped the first one isn't bailing the quarterback out.

Pretending it didn't happen doesn't make it so.

 

The thing is...if they do make Ben wait I think it will be 2 years.

Ben is eligible in 2027 (where he should get in IMO). Brady is eligible in 2028.

I don't think they put another QB in the Hall in Brady's year.

 

If Ben doesn't get in at first crack then Ben can only blame himself.

 

If Billy B isnt a first ballot Hall of Famer, then its really hard to point to any consistent criteria being used to judge 1st ballot Hallof Famers. So as far is Ben is concerned I dont really know if he gets in first ballot, if im guessing I say no if Bill didnt get in. But then you see that guys like Drew Brees and Luke Keuchley get in first ballot, so who knows.

 

The MVP discussion is so subjective, there really wasnt a guy who dominated the whole game. You can make the case for Ben, you can make the case for Holmes, and you could make the case for Harrison. That INT return was every bit as crucial as that final drive.

Anyone, and I mean Anyone saying that S. Holmes deserves that MVP over Ben then also believes if Ben had gotten hurt before that drive that We would have won anyway because S. Holmes would have made it happen. LoL.
When in all reality another Qb would have been sacked 3 times on that drive, and Holmes wouldn't even seen a pass. I suggest going back, and watching that drive again.
