We better draft a stud Cornerback next year in the 1st round

I know this is early, but watching Ike Taylor and William Gay last night, I kept thinking the Steelers better draft a Cornerback in round 1 next year.

Ike and Gay are have been too slow and getting burned too many times the past few seasons. Can you imagine if we draft a stud CB to compliment Cortez Allen?

Don't make yourself scarce around here! I'm all about the corners as well and it's painfully obvious that Gay can't handle it if Allen is out for any period of time. Gay is not a good corner.

I think we could have some good corners. if they weren't all friggin hurt!!!

I realize it is the offense first next year, but we can get by with drafting an offensive lineman in the 2nd or 3rd round..

Ike is done get ready for Ike to set a new NFL record with the most PI calls, I was really hoping lewis would've been his replacement,,but that a-hole left for the other black and gold. Cortez Allen and the Shark are the future... we need replacements for Ike and Clark.

Ike's ridiculous grab of the receiver because he was massively beat pissed me off. Im SOOO sick of watching Ike do the whole "clap" thing when he gets beat.

Seems like we have been drafting O-lineman for the las 3 years now and they still can't get it together.Why do other teams play rookies and they seem like they work out but the Steelers plays a rookie and he is wide eyed.

I feel like lots of people have been calling for solid Steelers CBs for a long time now. Ike Taylor, feast or famine with his interceptions or muggings for flags and Gay, who really couldn't do it before much less now... what can we do in the meantime to strengthen this season?

 

Anyone who follows my mocks know I almost always have multiple corners and safeties in them.....I think its harder to find really good DBs than LBs

That being said...next year I pretty much think one ILB...and as many DB's and OL as you can find.

With our top 10 pick in 2014 the Steelers will select the best player available. Hopefully that will be a blue chip left tackle.

 

Yikes! That would mean we finish 3-13.
Right now, we need ANY RT.

Cortez Allen, provided he is healthy, will have a standout year. Ike, will be #2, but a darn good #2.
