I was working 3rd shift for that game but had that night off so it was right in my wheel house for being awake. Pens won!!!!!!!!

 

Flyers won 2-1.

 

Oops. Probably consumed a lot that long night.

 

Damn well better beat Devils tonight.

Congrats to a team that the experts predicted for last place. Congrats to Nephew for winning big money betting they'd make Playoffs.

Not expecting a Cup but really proud of this team.

This is the best Penguins team in a long time. The player moves and coaching change has been incredible.

 

I did not expect that before this year...I was sure they were going to be in the race for the number 1 draft pick....I was 100% wrong!

 

And I was not alone

 

Hard not to be excited! Please don't be another one and done...would be so disappointing even though expectations may have already been exceeded.

 

Expectations have been exceeded for me. I was not even going to follow the season since the so called experts predicted we would suck. Of course, I want more now. Do I think we have a shot at the Cup, no. I do think this team will fight tooth and nail and will not go easy. I also believe we get past round 1.

Just hope they win in regulation. OT in the Playoffs can go on way to long. I enjoy regular season OT.

 

PENS on ABC today. Since they clinched I will be watching The Masters.
