    Maybe you guys are farming the wrong thing?
    STD you should be having rice paddy and fresh water prawn farm.
    you love rice
    In Arkansas you're allowed to do prawn and who doesn't love prawn

    Dude my whole life farming, even in Texas, and Louisiana was one half Rice farming, and the other half Cotton, sunflower, soybeans, corn, milo, and cattle. So mainly rice. LoL

    I found eating pizza in Italy with your hands is uncouth and sticks you out for being an American

    I’ve never heard of a fresh water prawn are they good

    Or are they like farm raised shrimp which to me taste like styrofoam

    Get red child powder from Hatch NM or a good Mexican grocery. Do not use the stuff that has oregano, cumin etc already in it. I buy medium and hot and mix them together to get medium-hot. That works for my taste buds. A pork butt works best nothing lean like loin.

    My wife is from New Mexico and I learned to cook it by her dad who owned a cafe

    It’s very tricky
    You got to squeeze all the water out of the cauliflower
    I have ate cauliflowers pizza and it tasted good
    Not sure if I am down for the labor intense procedure of making it homemade
