Theres a spot in that song where it sounds a lot like the riff from children of the grave

 

That's the whole point of this thread. 1st the love of music, and the sharing of music, and hopefully finding new stuff for each of us to enjoy.

Definitely doesnt take away from it. I love Spiritualized’s Ladies and Gentlemen We are Floating in space. With that being said if you listen to the title track and compare it to Pachabel’s canon in d major the chord structure is pretty similar.

I'm interested, not necessarily excited. Like everyone else, I'm trying to figure out how anyone thought Karl Urban fits the role of Johnny Cage.

 

Man the tuning , and recording of those drums sounds great. This is a bad a$$ tune, and I'm not a huge slide fan outside of Duane Allman.

 

I would have to dig it out to be 100% accurate with this. So jenkins used to play guitar in Otis Redding’s band. This record was originally slated to be a Duane Allman solo record. I can’t remember why, but eventually Jenkins recorded it with members of the ABB as the backing band including Duane
