This is the 1st time I won't actually bet the over. I've won it I believe 5, or 6 years straight. I need to actually see what the changes will actually do before I bet it again.

8.5, I’ll take that bet. Especially if Rodgers comes back.

I heard someone was offering 7.5 (FanDuel?) but it likely will change if/when they come up with a projected starting QB

Former Pittsburgh Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin has stayed out of the limelight since he surprisingly left the team after 19 years in charge. But Tomlin broke his silence on leaving the team Thursday, when he was honored for his philanthropic work.

During an appearance at The Ireland Funds Pittsburgh Gala, Tomlin expressed his love for the city and the team, saying he was “here for a long and really good time.”

Mike said hello and he would have got us 10 wins;)

Recently I went up to Hard Rock Casino to bet the Pirates. I asked them about the Steelers but they were not taking any NFL bets just yet. All comes down to who our QB is. Once I know I'll go back up.

Did you take the over on Buccos?
    76 or 78 wins?
    What line did you get?
    Inquiring minds want to know

I don't think those are the official over/under numbers some sites like Fanduel or Draftkings release their numbers very early,

Considering we don’t have a legitimate starting QB, 8.5 seems reasonable if not generous

That is very reasonable and I bet we go over. Steelers so far had a good offseason, good free agent moves, and still have lots of draft picks.

Cincinnati has a QB but still doesn't have a defense and Baltimore is in a bit of chaos, losing good players, new coach, and QB has struggled. Why not the Steelers again in the AFC North, especially as the offensive scheme should be improved. Just need to get a serviceable QB.

It will be nigh impossible to have a worse offense than we have had in recent years. I just dont see that happening with an offensive minded HC that has had very good offenses during his watch. The only way I see having less than 8.5 wins is if they roll with Howard and he is complete ass.

I think Graham will have the defense humming so I dont see the losses piling up because of that unit either.

8.5 is where it opened at in February.
Rodgers has not signed, so we are down to 7.5 now. :)

As of Yesterday the Steelers are down to 7.5 wins. (Fan Duel odds below as of March 12th)

I was watching DK Sports pod cast yesterday and they also mentioned 7.5 as the current line for Steeler wins from their sponsor Draft Kings.

7.5 wins is a hilarious line for this team. The whole team that won the division is basically back

    • They added huge pieces where the team struggled in free agency
    • They have 12 picks in this upcoming draft
    • They got rid of two of the worst coordinators in the NFL
I won't be surprised one bit if they win 14 games next year.

I am going to assume, that the odds will go back to 8.5 as soon as Rodgers signs for 2026.

Having to face every Division Winner this year with Mason Rudolph as your starting QB is a scarry thought.

It'd be Will Howard over Mason Rudolph, but yes I understand the point.

But they will add to the QB room, they only have two on the roster.

I don't know about us winning 14 games! I also don't see us 3rd in the division. But who knows. With still a question mark at the most important position on the team, anything can happen.

2026 will be likely the hardest year to predict the steelers record in the last 5-6 years. With a new coaching staff,I don't know what to expect.I said, ceilling 11 wins, floor 6 wins for now

I believe they will get to 9 wins barring an injury collapse, and assuming Rodgers is back

I like what they’ve done in free agency, and I think the coaching staff they’ve put together is credible.
