OT: The Raiders trade Maxx Crosby to the Ravens

Ravens are backing out of the Maxx Crosby trade, pre Adam Scheffer.

 

That sucks now they will get their first round picks back.

 

Supposedly a medical concern.

(Or someone got cold feet )

 

Not if he failed his physical or they discovered something concerning.

 

If true, I don’t blame them. Dudes not worth 2 #1 draft picks. Plus he is coming off injury.

They plan to do a contract extension this offseason to lower his cap hit.

Hendrickson is a free agent they would just have to overpay for him.

Trey Hendrickson worries me much less than Maxx Crosby. Troy Fautanu handled him pretty damn well; Broderick the same for both counts. Assuming the team does select to go Offensive Tackle in Round One again, Hendrickson has shown that uber athletic tackles with good enough tools are his main crippling weakness.


Such a term could be applied to many, and I mean many rushers but the specific type of tools I am talking about are recovery footspeed, pass pro sets, hand timing strikes, anchor and leverage.
