Trades so far this week: Per Sheftrr

Bears trade WR DJ Moore to the Bills.

    Chiefs trade CB Trent McDuffie to the Rams for a 1st (No. 29), a 5th, a 6th, and a 2027 3rd.

Lions trade RB David Montgomery to the Texans for C Juice Scruggs, a 4th, and a 2027 7th.

Texans trade Tytus Howard to the Browns for a 5th.

Any rumors of Steelers trading anyone/or for anyone??

Steelers just waiting to see if the Mummy of Aaron Rodgers will return. Can’t do anything until that.

Rams.... continue to shun their 1st round pick. McDuffie is good but 4 picks good?!

That tends to happen when you haven’t won a playoff game in a decade

Assuming that nobody wants to come to Pittsburgh, which I disagree with, that would apply to free agents, not trades.

I see the Vegas odds makers have the Rams as the favorite to win next years Superbowl.

Rams still have a first round pick. They had two to start with this year.

Steelers held to ransom by a 42 year old, not once, but twice. All so Flanders Rooney can delude himself this team is a contender, instead of doing what he should have done and rebuilt 2 years ago.

Seahawks drafted well, then rolled the dice with the young players ..and won the Super Bowl…..(with a good HC and good assistants).

I’d like the Steelers to do the same.

I think that's Lou Ferrigno as a baby. Those are real weights and he's about to turn green.

The Seahawks draft success was built on the Wilson trade that gave them multiple additional high draft picks.

They then added several key contributors via subsequent trades as well.

The Steelers accumulation of mid round comp picks and traded picks in the 2026 draft represents the first step towards being able to do something similar. I truly hope they not only nail the draft, but manipulate future drafts as well through 2026 draft day trades.

I just don't get the McDuffie trade for the Chiefs. Mcduffie is 25 years old, played in the league for 4 years and has already earned 2 All-Pro honors.

Is there anyone currently on the Chiefs to replace McDuffie? Are the Chiefs rebuilding?

And did they get enough for the 25 year old 2-time All Pro.

Last Year the Jets were in on the Rebuilding Team phase and traded the New York Jets traded All-Pro cornerback Sauce Gardner to the Indianapolis Colts. In exchange, the Jets received a massive haul: the Colts' 2026 first-round pick, 2027 first-round pick, and wide receiver AD Mitchell (2024 2nd Round Pick).

The Chiefs were pushing $60 million OVER the cap for 2026.

This is same type of cap savings move they did with Hill and Snead before. Trade a guy in the last year of his rookie deal for a bundle of picks and hope you nail the picks. The $13.6 million off the cap doesn't hurt either.

I think it will work out Moore will be WR1 for them considering their weak WR room.

There was a rumor the Steelers might be interested in Jacksonville WR Brian Thomas Jr., I doubt it will happen though.
