    RIP Sir. Always liked him. Or as Jim Rome would call him: "Granny Holtz".

    Can't remember what year it was but when he coached Arkansas and on the eve of a major Bowl game he suspended several starters but somehow still managed to beat a highly favored team that New Year's Day. Yeah, back when big games were all played on New Year's Day. I'm sure STD remembers, even if he was still a mere youngster back then.

    That was against Oklahoma in the Orange Bowl. I'm not sure there was ever a better coach at getting his team to pull off an upset.
