And he struggles with consistency in throwing doesn't go through his progressions and looks to take off and run.

That's the first time I have heard him speak. He sounds dumber than a box of rocks. I wouldn't waste a pick on him.

And still had a way better college career than Malik Willis that many want to pay for.

Was there any doubt that he would look good in shorts with no defenders?

I would have thought Howard would look good in shorts with no defenders

Or countless other guys that have had bad outings at the Combine.

If it drops him down to us, that would work.

The same as Tee Higgins too (which is probably about as close a profile match as there is). It's not massively concerning.

I don't get why Denzel Boston and Elijah Surratt didn't run the forty it's not like they're first round locks.

McCarthy wants to claim to be good at developing QBs, Allar would be a good one for him to try and develop.

we already have one better than allar. let's develop him first.

kenyon sadiq is looking better and better as a receiving option. route's, speed, size, hands, blocking. don't be too surprised. conception, Brazzell, sarratt, cooper, branch, virgil, bell, williams. those are guys that can make us better i believe. i still want a guy like tutu atwell brought in.

Why put all your eggs in one basket. He’s be worth a flyer in 3rd rd or later but reports are GMs are higher on Nuss and Allar more than people think, so they probably wont last that long anyway.

Nah that's for guys that can't play QB like Terrell Pryor. You can't say a 2 time NFL MVP at QB shouldn't be playing QB and should be a WR instead. He's one of the best QB's in the league. He's where he should be.

We don't have to. We can see what we have in Howard this season (starting or not) and if we don't think he's worth going forward with, there's going to be 8-9 guys in next year's draft at QB that are better prospects than Allar. We can just take one of those guys.

    Not saying he doesn't.

To me, he won't have a good ROI (return on investment) based on where he is drafted. Remember how I grade players; based on outcome and not a prediction of draft slotting. Just because Makai will be drafted in Round One doesn't mean he will return that value imo.

It happens in every draft; doubly so for Wideouts that go that high. Have to have a truly special skillset to be even drafted in Round One as a Wideout; doubly so within the Top 20 and nevermind the Top 15 or above.
