news is he's learning and playing all the DB spots.

I thought he looked pretty good against the G-men. he played a lot of corner in college and safety. right now it's all about finding some extra roster spots for the TE situation and this could be one of those spots.

maybe 5 safeties and 4 corners would be kept.

He had a horrible day yesterday . Got burnt a bunch shoved Tyler Shaw after he was already out of bounds and he did something to JB after he burnt him.

Golden was a pleasant surprise against the G-men. He looked like he had a good grasp of the defense and I actually read somewhere that he was lining up Shamarko on a couple of plays.
It would've been nice to see him catch the ball after the great break he made on the pass to the flat. Great anticipation though..
He could eventually be the heir apparent to Clark IMO.

I actually thought Golden was going to get playing time last year. I liked him then

<-----Admits bias, lives in AZ, is a Catz fan, and watched Golden play.

I think he has the talent to become a part of this defense.

I like Golden. The guy plays with his head up. He will make some plays. I like how he is aggressive. I would rather have a guy jumping routes and trying to make plays than playing off guys and watching all those easily completed uncontested short passes we have seen last couple years.
