unfortunately bengals starters looked good AGAIN...

once again the bengals starters looked great again tonight... they just have a lot more fire in their gut than we do ... i know i know its preseason... but i like what i see of the bengals and ravens than i do of us right now...

I miss some of the ultra-competitive games we`ve had with them.
I remember some games, before Balt became our main rival, that were the same kinda bloodbaths, that we currently hve with the Cravens... Well, maybe not QUITE the same, but close...
They were definitely close fought contests, with Hines getting CREAMED by a D-back, and gettin up smiling, just pissin em off even more, or Ocho, getting his teeth literally handed back to him, by Troy(I think), after his gold bridge of teeth got literally knocked out, and landed on the field...

I think the division is gonna be even tougher this year, than 2 years ago, when 3 of the 4 teams were in the playoffs.
Not sayin it`s gonna be easy, or that it gives us a better chance to get to the playoffs...
But that which doesn`t kill me, only makes me stronger... If we have to beat other good teams in our division to get to the goal, we are gonna be better prepared to fight thru the playoffs, and get to the goal!

I watched some of the Bungles game against the Titans and when their defensive starters were on the field they actually didn't look too good. The Titans were getting on their end of the field without much problem.

 

careful what you hope for ... the looked good to me and i HATE them living part time in cincinnati and being born and raised here...
