Sounds like they're looking at Indiana. Probably just a negotiating ploy

I think I read the State of Indiana is offering about
850 million ( this would be tax payer dollars) for infrastructure
Needed for new stadium. Could somebody explain to me why
Billionaires need money from taxpayers to make more billions?

usually the state will provide road access to the stadium. The Bears are not asking for help with the stadium.

Hammond is pretty much a suburb of Chicago now. Are they going to become the Chicagoland Bears? Will they be the "Monsters of the Industrial Park"? What's next? Packers move to Northern Illinois abandoning Lambeau? What do they do with Soldier field?

But they are asking for money from taxpayers.I am not sure where you live, but
there are many people in NFL cities that may not care to give there tax dollars to billionaires.

In Knoxville, the owner of the AA baseball team convinced the city to borrow the money from him to build it and then pay him back with interest from the public bonds. I just don't get it.

So if the Steelers generate say 50 million for Allegheny County
Does the state of PA reduce the tax on1.2 million people in Allegheny county
And remaining 1 million residents in neighboring counties that have been taxed
To help fund these stadiums do they get a tax cut on say their real estate taxes?
