    I think being understaffed is a hinderance. There are only so many hours in the week. Steelers routinely had the smallest staff in the league. 2025 they had 19.

    Patriots have 22 and Seattle is believed to have around 24-26.

    No harm comes from having more people to handle the workload but being understaffed can hurt.

    No official word but have seen several mentions that he is the OC.

    I'm kind of a fan of how this staff is coming together.
    I figure he can't get all his guys due to availability, contract obligations, ect.....
