Very well liked coach here. Some players are going to be sad over this one, they were hoping he would be back.

Welcome to our new RB coach, Ramon Chinyoung.

Although Falkner did a good job,i think it's the right move to clean house.

This...wouldn't have been upset if we kept him.

But it's hard to be made about any changes that get made...especially on the offensive side of the ball where we've struggled so much since Ben.

One fullback was selected in the 2025 draft

That pretty well sums up the opinion of fullback in today’s game

We selected a fullback in 2024, but he retired after a couple days of tc

I know but just like Cowher said, having a great running game still can control the clock. Its a shame that position has been overlooked in the NFL, with a versatile guy who can run routes as well could still be an asset and extend the life of your running backs. 9 teams still utilize them including New England. How often who knows but I beleive they can still be used and be effective.

If Pat Meyer can get a job with the Bills, Faulkner should be OK

Interesting hire for RB's. I think he's been a quality control and OL coach most of his career.

When his name was first tied to them it was believed to be as an assistant coach. So yeah, weird turn.

I’m going to pull the covers up over my head, close my eyes and wait two years for MM to get fired.

Our RBs really underachieved, so this move makes perfect sense.

If by RBs you mean Kaleb Johnson then yes.

But Gainwell had a career year and Warren had nearly 1,000 yards and 4.5 ypc.
