I am all about starting 'Fire McCarthy' chants. This hire sucks but he won't be going anywhere anytime soon.

I felt a looseness in my bowels thinking McCarthy will just roll with Smith at OC and some schlep as DC, all while rolling out 43 yr old Rodgers.

 

This just proves what I already thought… Steelers aren’t serious or allowed to win Super Bowls at this time.

Tomlin leaves so they bring in the white Tomlin so the mediocrity can continue.

Mike McCarthy is the white Tomlin who nobody wants to play for. Nobody is taking hometown deals for this bum. Locker room isn’t rallying to win a Tomlin Super Bowl(9-8 and North Champs) for Mike McCarthy.

Zero interest in this team until he’s gone. He can’t draft or coach players up any better than Tomlin. He can’t gameplan. Just another below average football mind.

If McCarthy wins a Superbowl, Rooney will give McCarthy a 5 year contract extension so it is a long term hire if that happens
