agreed. It took him a while to mess up what he inherited.

Reality is he coached an 8-8 Cowher team to 2 more wins his first season, then 2 more wins the next. That's not something a bad coach does.

Best winning percentage in Steelers history and the same amount of regular season wins as Noll .

I keep hearing what a genius Grant Udinski is. Supposedly he's also an absolute football junkie and studies leadership.

    A quote from K. O'Connell -
"Interviewing Grant was like interviewing a guy who could build a car from scratch for a job at a car wash." Vikings HC Kevin O'Connell

    He's only 30 though.

Interesting. His success with QBs is very appealing. First Darnold and then TLaw.

Super super young though but like the article said, so was McVay.

The seahawks beat the 49ers 41-6!

Shanahan has done a amazing job this year with a depleted team but Seattle was just too much for them....The 49ers score only 9 points in the last 2 matchup vs seattle(the other was in week 18 for the first seed)

McDonald was the real deal DC in Baltimore. Fans are still wailing he got away.

True. And I give him credit for that.

But worst playoff record among Steeler HC in the modern era….since the merger.
    That means more to me.

Fair enough, but some fans want to dismiss everything else.

Cowher’s last season was after numbnuts ate a window shield for not listening to anyone about riding motorcycles. He was off all year and so was the team.

We can use a similar excuse when Tomlin had to start a Rudolph and Duck at QB for a season.
