    I’m surprised @Brice@Brice didn't start a poll like this

    I'm voting under $10M.

With the history of the Steelers hiring first time HCs from relatively unknowns in the coaching searches, I'm not expecting one of the high profile guys that might demand more from a bidding war type situation.

I wouldn't mind one of the top guys. I have voted for Chris Shula in a couple threads on here already. I was impressed with the play calling by Joe Brady during the game yesterday. I just don't feel like it will be one of 'those guys'.

I voted over. The average HC in the NFL is about 6-7 million, but because so many people have told me our HCs are unlike other HCs, and ours HCs apparently......scout, hire all the other staff, draft , hire all our FAs, call all the offense, Defense, and ST calls......
So I figured they deserved more money.

I did. They'll pay the new guy appropriately and we'll see how many coaches end up on the entire staff.

Depends on how long they have been in the league and the consistency they had being successful:shrug: in their position

    Under.. maybe over with incentives.

One of the benefits of hiring a younger coach is nit having to pay top dollar.

Now if its Flores it might be over but if its a first time HC they will be able to pay under $10M.
