    Round 4 (projected compensatory pick).
    Round 5.
    Round 6 (projected compensatory pick).
    Round 6 (projected compensatory pick).

I see our top needs as
    - Safety
    - ILB
    - WR, WR
    - DT
    - QB only if one falls
    - CB is Samuel doesn't return

    Here's what I'm thinking....
Round 1 WR, KC Concepcion or Denzel Boston
    Round 2 Safety, Emmanuel McNeill
    Round 3 ILB Whit Weeks
    Round 3 CB Daylen Everette
Round 3 (comp pick) DT Darrell Jackson Jr

I really think we will go with Will Howard at QB. I don't see us reaching. And I don't see a QB for free agency worth it. Only way we go QB is if they fall in the draft.

After round 3 it's way to much of reaching for me. But we will obviously take
OL, another WR, OL, RB, maybe TE, maybe another CB

Go with Howard if the plan is 1-16 and the #1 pick.

Because it was talking about where we selected in the past at 21. There is no mock to it.

    Again, you ok this morning?

You accuse me of a look at me thread. But I put backing into making mine. Told you what rounds we have, projected comps, and a mock... it gets pretty pathetic for these threads that just say, "who do take for HC", etc. And then it takes a couple pages into legit thoughts are made. And then they get covered up.

Also gets pathetic from you of the screaming and tantrum you got going on. But this clearly isn't your first time having a mental breakdown like a 12 year old.
    - for instance you're crying over pickens was severally a mental breakdown. And it's why people tag me several times saying I was right with my assessment of the situation.

Denzel Boston is going to have to a a 4.4? at the combine to be worthy of an early selection. Some Draft sites have him running a mid 4.5; no idea where that number is coming from.

George Pickens ran a 4.4, and DK ran 4.3.

The last time the Steelers chose a WR early that ran a mid 4.5 was James Washington, and he turned into a dud, because he just didn't have the speed or quickness to create separation.

I think a lot of big name CB; like Everett, will fly off in the third round. (But we won't need that if Samuel stays. Or move Ramsey. Which i did like Ramsey at corner).

LB before safety is hard for me. Because safety was such a problem. But si was LB.

Conceptcion I like... Probably not Boston as much. I think we need more of a "separator" than a deep ball/contested catch guy. I think Boston is too much similar to DK. We should look more at Concepcion, or Tate/Tyson/Lemon if they are available.

I don't know much about the safety class outside of Downs

Weeks is an interesting one. I like Igbinosun as someone the Steelers would like... Similar type of player to Porter Jr, just a bit less polished coming out. DL is whatever as long as they are more a DT type or NT type. I could double dip here at WR as well... Cooper Jr. from IU would be a good get.

Agreed. Boston would be a last resort. And honestly i would welcome the idea to trade back. If they decided a WR in the trade back pick, and with a 4th.

Jaxon Smith-Njigba runs a 4.5 and is doing just fine. Speed and separation are two different things. Quickness and separation are as well but having excellent quickness can aid separation. Need Football IQ and great fundamentals to create separation as well.

Are you sure. There is no 40 time at the NFL Combine, But AI claims he is a mid 4.4 guy.

Jaxon Smith-Njigba's 40-yard dash time was 4.48 seconds, recorded at his Ohio State pro day in 2023, after skipping the NFL combine. While some scouts clocked him slightly faster (low 4.4s) or slower (4.52), the 4.48 from OSU's pro day is the widely reported official figure, just shy of his personal goal of 4.47.
