Another first round playoff exit and soundly beaten at that. It is every season we get thumped in the playoff game. Last year the Ravens destroyed us. It is TIME to rebuild. Rodgers you can retire and we can trade a lot of pieces and get draft picks. I have seen this picture too many time in the last 7 years. Tomlin probably says it is time to retire as well.

 

Our team is just deficient on the offensive side of the ball. Heck we usually are on defense as well. Except tonight they forced 3 turnovers but only scored 3 points off them. The D was gassed.

 

Defense has been **** ever since Ryan Shazier got hurt. Tomlin is garbage. He is so bad.

 

So much for being undefeated on MNF for 11 years at Pittsburgh. Now let's look forward to grooming Howard

It's been a recordbreaking season in all the wrong ways

 

They will probably find another over the hill QB and never give Howard a shot. At this point I'd take Brady coming out of the booth over anything we'll be stuck with next season.

 

Offense lost this game. Defense forces 3 turnovers and the offense only produces 6 points.

What we watched last night is youth defeating veterans. They were faster, hungrier and just better than our team.

Until we stop leaning on old heads to win games we will continue to see the same thing play out.

 

It was a bad pass into double coverage.

 

Where do we go from here Cali?

Their D looked like our first super bowl Defense. The front 4 was all over our guys and the backend could blanket our WR's. Until our guys in the trenches on both sides of the ball are great we are going nowhere anyway. Think about how long that takes when you finish mid ever year. In total no mans land. You get one or two elite players but by the time you get them complimentary players its too late and they are worn out. The only way it can work is if you actually never ever miss on your draft picks and further find gems in late rounds.
