Steelers vs Texans Official Game Day Thread

I feel like we escaped the first half, the key to this is making Stroud lose the game, and be much better on 3rd down, we have been ****ing woeful.

 

The Texans had one drive and the Steelers defense has been hassling Stroud all game but yeah Aikman, keep stroking the Texans. Let's not act like the Steelers offense is world class.

 

Can he overcome the Mediocre Mike curse though.

 

Not a great half… bailed out by some turnovers, but man… it’s the best first half in a playoff game we’ve had in almost a decade. Defense needs to turn it around in the 3rd quarter… our 3rd quarter defense has been really good of late. Need it again.

Awful offensively second quarter. 0/6 on third down, below 100 yards. Somehow we are in it because of strouds mistakes. Defense needs to lock in and keep it close in the second

 

Steelers offense playing like the juggernaut they are . The 42 year old Rodgers pitiful showing is fitting for the absolute garbage job this FO and coaching staff has done acquiring and developing QBs not named Ben over the past 2 decades. Absurd offense once again. Good job Tomlin.

If you move Stroud off his mark he makes mistakes.

 

Our offense sucks and this is a good D we are asking a lot. Still need to keep hoping they make more mistakes.

It literally is though… it wasn’t a great half but it’s the best one we’ve had in a playoff game in freaking forever… boys need to buckle down a bit and figure it out. Gotta get in the end zone once at least in the second half and the defense needs to get off the field.

Problem is we throw the screen with our RB's heads turned backwards and Houston flies to the ball and by the time our guys turn their heads around too late to make a move!!
