Yes. As a matter of fact they are investing a ton to do makeovers, rebranding and furnish more "fresh" food. I guess that means 3 week old hot dogs instead of the 3 month old ones.

That's not a good sign if even 7 Elevens are pulling up stakes. But they do tend to flourish in quite seedy areas so that may be a good thing for you.
