Definitely this team needs a more open minded OC. Both in schemes and play selections.

 

That's another radioactive team I wouldn't voluntarily want to get hired by them. Probably have 10 games to prove yourself before they fire you.

The Titans need a lot to be competitive again. Chance of failure is great for the next HC. That would be 2 strikes against Smith as the HC if he's the one. Maybe he does take that job, but I'm not sure he should.


I think Miami would be a better landing spot for Smith. Possibly even Arizona.

What are those changes?

Assume that Will Howard is the most talented QB on the 2026 roster at the start of the regular season. Just for the sake of argument. What changes can a franchise make to enter the championship conversation in that situation?

 

Fire DC, OC,OL coach for starters.

I would be freaking shocked of our OC, and OL coaches are fired. Because they don't deserve to be.
