Injury Updates

Ah Humphreys, now people will get to really see a DB that lives off of PIs while not getting called for any. His position should be called Mugger.

 

I heard Williamson say that the officiating crew we drew is one of the most flag happy in the league.

 

Good to see all of the injured players are going to play if only we had Metcalf .

 

The primary difference being that Cleveland's defense is much better than Baltimore's, while its offense is significantly worse.

 

I hope someone is explaining to Highsmith that not only is he allowed to play like a beast when Watt is in the lineup, it is also necessary.

 

No Mt Washington either. Basically the best two receiving weapons on a bad passing offense.

 

I think they will be alright in missing Washington in the passing game, especially if Rodgers gets the ball to the right guys they will miss Washington and his blocking.

 

Yet somehow Humphreys gets away with mugging people. LoL.
I have literally seen him tackle a guy by the legs before the ball gets there's, hell I've seen him pick up a wrs leg this year as the ball is 2 feet from the wrs, and get no call. LoL

But that's the problem, our other two TEs don't block if You added them together as well as Washington.

 

I agree.

Every single time they show Humphrey in coverage, a wide receiver is blowing by him until he grabs them. He can't run with anybody but is right on them because he is never ever not grabbing. Holding and pass interference is his calling card but it's rarely called against him.

It drives me crazy watching him play.

 

Exactly the same for me watching him, and I'm a DBs guy, but it's ridiculous what he gets away with.

 

If Joey Jr. did that every flag on the field would be thrown. Heck they would probably stop play in the Browns/Bengals game so their refs could throw a flag on Porter.

 

Exactly. If they treated JPJ the way they treat Humphreys, nobody would ever catch a pass on Porter Jr.

 

The one he got away with against the Patriots was arguably the most egregious blown PI call I've ever seen.

 

That was bad, but I've seen a quite a few by him . Just watch him Sunday night.

 

Waiting to see if there are any updates on Aaron Rodgers wrist injury after the Ravens game.

The Anouncers pointed out a couple times during the game where it looked like Rodgers had reinjured his wrist after a couple of plays. They showed Rodgers grabbing his wrist in paid as he came off the field. Didn't effect him in the 4th QTR, but I am curious to know how his wrist looked the next morning.

I think Tomlin's comment after the game was something like... nothing to report, just bumps and bruises.
