Yes you should go. I regret not driving to Detroit in 05 just be in a SB city during SB week when the Steelers were playing. I also regret not making the 6 hour drive to Minneapolis when they hosted the SB just again for the atmosphere and potentially running into Steelers players there for NFL activities. Drive the 500 miles sit in the nose bleeds, get cold and cheer your head off then tell the grandkids you were there.

I went to the AFCCG against the Ravens and it’s a memory I will never forget.

I'd like to go, but the money and travel is keeping me from going, but free would tip the scales for sure!

I went to my only Steeler's playoff game in '04 against the Jets (sat in the stands behind the goalposts for their missed FG late in that game). It was Ben's rookie year (and I got an oversized Ben Jersey that year to wear over my massive winter coat lol). It was well worth the trip and an electric atmosphere. Been to only 2 game since (OT winner vs Dallas in '08 and the Bengals game where Bell blew his knee out). I would recommend going. Should be a ton of fun (even more so if we win).

 

Now the question is which jerseys will you be wearing to both? I'd be torn between Crosby 2017 Cup jersey or Mario 91 cup jersey. Steelers would be Watt, Lambert or Heathhhhhh!

Seats outside but there is an indoor area, better food, shorter lines, get warm at half time.

fly. that way you are not exhausted. enjoy the city. go to mount washington, do the ferry, see if you can get in pre game to walk around, there is some really cool places to eat at as well, etc etc

 

Flames are next to last place at the moment but only 6 points behind the leader of the Pacific Division. We made great comeback Sunday and then the Steelers won. Maybe you can sort of duplicate that by seeing Pens win Saturday and Steelers win Monday.

I'm looking forward to Thursday when I hope we kick the Devils ass.

If it’s crowded when you enter the stadium see if there is a separate line for club seat holders

You don’t want to stand in line with the peasants

Leave time to see the great hall right after you get in

If you buy a beer downstairs you can not take it into the club area. Two different liquor licenses. Club area sells liquor until well after the game is over.
