It’s pretty much a given they’re going to stack the box to stop the run. The question is will they play man or zone behind that. The browns showed the world the Steelers couldnt beat man coverage without dk and Austin.however, the ravens cornerbacks arent as good as the browns. So will the ravens try to play man or go with more zone like they’ve shown in recent weeks?

The Ravens can't stop a pig in a narrow alley.
They will run 22 to protect their defense.

I have been giving this a lot of thought throughout the week, and I don't know what they will do, but I can think of a few things I would do to go against us, until we proved otherwise.

Probably should have mentioned the ravens pass rush isn’t as good as the browns as well.

It's not, accurately nothing of the Ravens d is as good a Clevelands, but since we are missing two key weapons on the O, it averages out. Hopefully Rodgers will look to Muth more this game.

That depends entirely on how the ravens play defensively

I seen someone suggest that they exclusively play press man, and 8 in the box. I really hope they do that.

Steelers run 4th most man coverage in the NFL. Ravens 6th most. They will copy the Browns playbook, until it doesn't work.

The ravens play man just over 30% of the time. Which means they’re in zone over 60% of the time.

It wouldn't help Muth in the run game, but I think You would be surprised in the passing game. Also I believe either of our Rbs out of the backfield would make then pay for this overall

Yep. Even the #1 man coverage team (Browns) play more zone than man. But these are season averages and it can vary a lot game to game.

Oh man. I hate giving the Ravens any tips, but a good coach would play a cover one or zero vs. the Steelers on down one and two. More man than zone coverage and dare us to throw over the middle. Dare us to throw past the yard marker on 1st or 2nd down.

They will mix it up try to confuse our offense, which includes Wr's/ OL.

All the Ravens need to do is sack Rodgers which will take him out of the game. They will start in zone and stack the box, then send everybody. Put Rodgers on the ground a few times and the game is over.

I be way more concerned about the Steelers offense laying a goose egg in the first quarter and having to become one dimensonal for the next three quarters.
