Some have said that it you're not winning, you're losing. Well MT has had two back-to-back non-winning seasons, (8-8), so I count these as losing seasons. JMO>

Congrats for making the dumbest post of 2025. Just in time too.

Tomlin has just overstayed his tenure. Should’ve been gone after 2017 IMO.

One thing is certain..... there won't be any playoff game won by Steelers this year regardless of what happens on Sunday night.

Even if Steelers win, they will likely get the Bills. Worst possible matchup.

After the Bills loss last night the very likely #5 seed is the Texans. Can you imagine our offense going against that Houston defense? It would be gorier than a "Saw" movie.

We couldve kept pickens and picked up Darnold instead of AR. Wouldve been much better off, probably in the playoffs already and we’d have a bridge Qb. And Tomlin would be looking better right now.

i thought Darnold was a better fit with our improving but not yet there line, but someone who actually works for the steelers thought of AR. If he isnt done yet he will be after this season is over.

I screamed for him to be gone last year and hire Ben Johnson...but that obviously did not happen.

I don't think he leaves until he wants to go which will probably be when his contract runs out.

That said, be ready for more 9-8 seasons with a no playoffs or first round exit.

The offense would not pick up more than 25 yards for the entire game. It would likely be negative yardage. This is totally possible. Worst NFL offense vs best NFL defense.

And this season was the weakest the North has been in awhile. Burrow and Lamar were hurt most of the year. The Browns have started Flacco, Gabriel, and Sanders. And you've had a mostly healthy Rodgers and the highest paid defense on earth, and still can't win? Sounds good.

As an old man now and fan for 50 years, I believe with a loss to Ravens and the draft in Pittsburgh, this the perfect time to start over. New coach and staff. Letting this opportunity and all these pics have Tomlins influence on them obviously guarantees the same results. Mike Tomlin has had his chance. Move on Mr. Rooney, don't be the only one who can't see it. The fans deserve better.

And we went to Playoffs 12 times in 19 years. I think Mikey is 8-11 in Playoff games with most wins coming early in his tenure.

No way in hell to prove this but a more in tune HC would have taken some of the teams Mike had deep into the Playoffs, maybe couple more SB appearances.

Even if we only get 4-5 wins next season I'm pretty sure Mike will still be here through 2027.

The NFL will have to keep adding regular season games for Tomlin to continue to get to 10 wins. By 2035, we'll need 25 games to get there.

Yep. I was a fan of them signing Darnold as well. Unfortunately, we thought it would be a good move to go after a fossil that clearly showed that he was on the decline during his tenure with the Jets.

This serves as another example of why it would be nice to have a HC that is actually good at his job.
