    Time for a change
1-5 this season against playoff teams
Just lost to a 3-12 team when we needed to win at all costs
    Time for a change
Same ole same ole for the last decade
If I was a donor or booster
    No money
    Until Magic Mike goes

Yeah.... I would have been totally OK with Rudolph/Howard and whoever. There's earlier posts and polls before Rodgers committed to prove this. Should have rolled with Rudolph. Steelers were gonna be average again anyway... need a blue chip QB in the draft and a new HC.

#5. Rodgers was hell bent on denying Garrett the record at the expense of the game. Maybe TJ paid him.....lol

Final drive, what was the difference? We used the middle of the field and threw the ball past the LOS!

How was that 4th and goal pass not a PI? Defender had his back to the QB, had his arms on both of the receivers arms pushing down, restricting movement before the ball was there. There was no play on the ball by the defender. The ball was catchable.

    • Definition: Illegally hindering an eligible receiver's opportunity to catch a forward pass after it crosses the line of scrimmage.
    • Examples: Grabbing an arm, pushing off, hooking, or cutting off a receiver's path.
    • Penalty:
A "spot foul," meaning the ball is placed at the spot of the foul, resulting in an automatic first down for the offense
      .
    • Exception: Contact is not PI if the pass is clearly uncatchable or if both players are competing for the ball and contact is incidental (like tangling feet).

I understand that it's a political decision. He's the starter, we are going for the division, he's a vet, a front office choice, you arrived here with him, and all that. But we all know he ain't it. He ain't doin' sht.

Well.. there you have it. As you said, Rodgers is not the future. He is the stopgap.

Given how there isn't a Signal Caller worth trading up for (at least at the time of this post anyways), not too sure if the Steelers have a choice. Only thing I can see the Steelers do is opt to trade for a QB. Who that is remains to be seen.

Wouldn't shock me if they brought back Justin Fields.

Clear out the WR room and get a new OC.

    Rebuild the Pass game.

Yep. They lost to the Bengals with Flacco at QB and the Browns with Shadeur at QB. Those are embarrassing franchise low points for the Steelers.

Now it’s on to the draft!

I am glad that Tomlin proved to be an idiot rolling with Fields, Russ, and Rodgers in consecutive seasons.

Rodgers definitely deserves some blame for this loss. He forced the ball to Valdez-Scantling all day long, no matter how many times he screwed up. Freiermuth had his man beat at the goal line on third down. Gainwell was wide open, not covered at all, on fourth down, but Rodgers was forcing it to MVS.

No. 10 nailed it. Metcalf blew the Steelers' season by being selfish and stupid.

They have two stud linebackers, but one of them was severely limited by a calf injury.

He had his man beat on third-and-goal. Unless it gets batted down at the line, it would have been an easy touchdown.

Yep, they failed to get a WR#2 for the last 2 seasons and it's killed them, then they swap a moron for another moron and pay him $30M a year.

He was determind to be proved right with MVS. You could see it all day.

Next week… just let Rodgers call the plays.

If we are up at the half, let him call the rest of the game.

I can’t stand our timid play calling.

You're right but I'm not going to whine about calls, when we played like that.

Kyler Murray.... come on down! You're the next contestant for the mediocre Tomlin-led Steelers to win 9 games in 2026!

Disappointing performance. The offense was not running on all cylinders. Did they even practice this week? The refs were quick to favor the Browns who only got flagged on obvious fouls. The roughness on Heyward to pull them out of their own end was nonsense.
