I guess we have different opinion...Mahomes has been in the super bowl 3 times and won 2 since Hill is gone.2022,he was just amazing start to finish

Next 2 seasons, the supporting cast was not the same in 2023 and 2024,and Kelce was declining but still been in the super bowl both those years and won 1.Better that Brady,no and I hope this is not the only standard...But top 5 ever?...yes and this is not close

For Manning, another all-time great QB,his regular season was impressive.12 wins or more every year from 2013 to 2014 outside of 2010...I don't think he was as bad in the playoffs like some will said but Mahomes has a much better playoffs resume

What? Brady owned Manning. Which is silly because its never QB vs QB. Its QB vs defense.

Hell, we watched Hurts outplay Mahomes in 2 SB’s statistically and no one suggest Hurts is better than Mahomes. That is such a stupid point to make regarding Brady beating Mahomes. Is Eli better than Brady? Hell no.

but Mahomes is 17-4 in the playoffs and this is the first time in his career as a starter that he hasn’t made an AFCCG.

Mahomes has already surpassed Manning as a QB.

It really comes down to how long he decides to play. I don’t think he will catch Brady with championships but Manning? Cmon bro.. lol.

Mahomes has a better record in the Playoffs vs Manning indeed. That said, records are not the complete picture. Manning has been the NFLs Passing Yards Leader 3 times, NFLs Passing Ratings Leader 3 times, NFLs Passing Touchdowns Leader 4 times, the NFLs Leader in Completion Percentage twice and a 10 Time All Pro (of the 10, seven being First Team All Pro).

Mahomes is only a three time All Pro (Twice as First Team), lead the NFL in Paasing Yards only once and is has been the NFLs Leader in Passing Touchdowns Twice. Mind you and again, Patrick Mahomes had superior Offensive Weapons in Travis Kelce and Tyreek Hill; the latter being arguably the games greatest ever deep threat and the former being arguably the games Greatest Ever Tight End. Given his current injury and how he isnt nearly as proficient as Manning was with the basics, fundamentals and mechanics of the position, it is fair to speculate if Mahomes will ever be the same ever again. Brady did mess up his knee but not an ACL and LCL tear. In addition, Bradys understanding of the position far exceeds Mahomes.

In short?! Dont judge NFL Legends based on one metric. Have to look at the totality of it all.

For additional context, should also consider Reid's record in Philly. He went to a SB with McNabb (lost). He went to 5 conference championship games, winning one, again with McNabb. They won their division with Vick in 2010, lost in the WC round. Went 10-6 with Vick in 2011, missed the playoffs. His last year there he famously went 4-12 with Vick (3-7) and rookie Foles (went 1-5 after Vick injured).

Who’s more important, the QB or the coach? Did Brady make BB a great coach or vice Versa? Did Elway finally win Super Bowls because of Shanahan? Was Bart Starr only a winner because of Lombardi? Walsh/Montana? Bradshaw/Noll and many others It’s a great conversation to have with fellow fans and probably has to be looked at it on a case by case basis.
