Don’t sleep on Thielen. Shifty vet and can still play.

This should have been a 1 game suspension and game check. Nothing more. The fan was instigating it the entire time. If it were just some random fan then it should be more but this clown was trying to bait him for several seasons. If it cost me as much as DK is getting walloped for then that person would be looking over his shoulder the rest of his life. Play stupid games win stupid prizes.

Who here thinks that maybe we shouldn’t have traded for Metcalf? I’m starting to think that Seattle knew about him and said hey we need to trade this guy away? Just a thought? In my opinion he needs to get his act together Big Time! I also believe The Steelers will get by the Browns with a close Win! Time for Wilson to step up big time!

Team players sub in as a gunner when his teammate was hurting. I know you know the difference between DK and Pickens.

They were long past that with Pickens

He was a cancer and it was time for him to go

He left the players' area, engaged with a fan, and initiated contact. That's actually assault in the real world. Sure, Detroit should look at the fan's pattern of behavior and probably ban him, but Metcalf is lucky to still be in the league. The NFL cannot allow that behavior. This isn't Mean Machine vs. the prison guards.

He is certainly one of the reasons. Anyone that watches the games, and sees how the Defenses react, and plan when He is on the field shows you this.

Glad the Steelers shut down the whole voiding his contract thing. Press was running with that.

Yeah, they have no interest in moving on from him but nice pot stirring.

As a fan, I want the players playing games. Similar to protecting QBs, the NFL should do waaaay more to protect the players from ahole fans.

How is it beneficial to the millions of nfl fans to not be able to see the best quality product because of one ahole fan??

Just on principle, the nfl should do something against the instigator

in the real world, the fan is the one who started the “fight” and Dk was just protecting himself.

oh everyone should have known about DK - offensive PI calls, unsportsmanlike calls....pouting if not getting the ball........

DK Metcalf accumulated a significant number of penalties with the Seahawks, leading the NFL in penalties as a receiver since 2019, with sources mentioning around 31 total penalties by late 2024, including numerous holding, pass interference, unsportsmanlike, and unnecessary roughness calls, leading to ejections and fines, though exact season-by-season totals vary slightly by source. By late 2024/early 2025, he had over 30 penalties, many being post-play infractions like holding and OPI, cementing his reputation for aggressive play that sometimes crossed the line.

Our D has been fine without TJ and our offensive will be fine without DK - Rodgers will mix it up and spread the ball and hopefully no balls for DK means more for Washington, Muth and Thielan.

The NFL removing all of DK's guarantee money means the Steelers now have all the power. Basically the Steelers have put DK, on "Double Secret Probation" and can threaten DK with release anytime they want. Keeping DK is a no lose situation.

I wonder how many of you will get the Animal House reference? :)

The NFL did not remove all of DK’s guaranteed money
