How do you make that call if the other guy contacts him while trying to get back into the field of play?!

He was pushed out then was contacted again trying to get back in!

Don't really agree with that one......they were running the sideline with him and kept putting a hand on him to push him out more. Don't really call that staying out of bounds on his own......IMO

 

Ya-Sin has been getting away with illegal contact on Metcalf.

They forced him out, but he had the opportunity to come back in and didn't. That's just a stupid play by Skowronek.

Nope, correct call. He has to try to get back in bounds before continuing downfielsld

That last little part where he ran a little wider is probably what drew the penalty. He needs to keep his arc back toward inbounds.
