It's to be expected I suppose. After all, we're living in a world of Tik Tok doctors and lawyers......

Tell me that after they reach a SB. I've heard the same about many HCs that have already been fired.

It is the question, both are what's wanted! Not my fault that the question wasn't opposing enough to be a true one OR the other scenario. Also sorry that you are too dim to see that both are reasonable. Reading comprehension isn't the issue, seems to me that someone didn't get past 3rd grade english. When you want a one or another scenario, you make the 2 choices like night versus day, good versus evil. Not a Yes/Yes question where both choices aren't opposing one another.

Multiple choice implies more than 1 possible answer. You are correct, it is a simple question, like the ones that my grandchildren write because they have no concept of contrast or what makes a sentence thought provoking or a this vs that. I guess you think this is a good question whereas I believe its of the same context and offers no opposing view one way or the other. I can want us to win the division and change coaches. There is no correlation to winning the division and not changing coaches just as there isn't a correlation of not winning the division and not changing coaches. Why would anyone want to not win the division? There isn't a correlation to not winning the division so that we lose the coach. The same as if I chose a coaching change, there isn't a correlation that losing the division will guarantee that happening. SO since there are no correlations to either answer I stand as wanting both. Its not that hard to understand.

I think from what I am gathering from yours and STD's childish behavior, this is what the question should really say:

What do you want to happen if:
A: We win the division and we keep Tomlin
B: We lose the division and we still keep Tomlin
C: We win the division and we get rid of Tomlin
D: We lose the division and we get rid of Tomlin

Then, next time, YOU make the poll. I think that poll was kinda stupid and, probably come up with as a way of saying, "I hate Tomlin and want him gone"! STD and I have childish responses? Go look at the "poll". Do you want to win the division OR have Tomlin gone" 2 choices. A, or B. There is no C or D. It's not that hard to understand!

I've already explained the flaw in the question, do I need to break out the crayons?

Only when you want to write to your parole officer. There's no flaw in the question, it's just a question. If you think there should be more choices, YOU ask the question. Maybe you don't speak English as a first language, maybe you're a product of public schools, most likely, you're just too stubborn to admit you read the question wrong. We all get what you're saying but, that wasn't the question!

I didnt answer the question because I dont really understand the point of it. It’s like asking do you like breathing or not breathing. Of course I like breathing and of course I want to win the division but agree with #RobertoC#21, the question needs to be expanded upon.

It should be do you want to win the division but get eliminated in the first rd again or get a new HC.

I’d pick get a new HC. Because like many of us, I dont think this cycle breaks until we get a new regime in here.

I think it's pretty clear the implied meaning of the poll is "Win the division (and keep Tomlin as head coach) or (miss the playoffs) and fire Tomlin."

We are being asked what we value more, a division title playoff appearance or Tomlin as a head coach.
