    No not really. One is a true DE, and the other is a OLB. No matter what you run , they are two different positions. For example: If we run a TE out wide, it doesn't make him a Wr, it only makes him a TE out wide.

    Kinda can't afford to get rid of Watt, even if they wanted to. That guaranteed money hits hard in the dead cap space arena. Best bet is a series of restructures.

    He's playing DE in this system whether or not he's a true DE. In a 4 man front, the edge is a DE; in a 3 man front, the edge is a OLB. Pretty much why it's been called an edge for sometime now. Hell, he has his hand in the dirt more often than previous edges have.

    Again He isn't a DE. It makes a difference. If we send Watt to rush the middle, and Ramsey to rush from the OLB position, it doesn't make Ramsey a OLB.
    It's the whole reason that Watt has 8 ints, and Garrett has 0. They play two different positions, that intermingle in certain situations.
