Good read but this following paragraph pissed me off, on conditioning, Redman had this to say:

“Before practice, we do a little different routine, try to get our bodies warmed up and not try to run right into practice, to try to prevent those little hamstring injuries. I've never done that since we've been here. It's kind of a new thing. It's working out. We don't see too many hamstring (problems).”

Huh? You weren't doing that extensively to begin with????

    Heres the whole article:

    Yikes.

I was always really injury-resistant, but one time in high school our coach had us do sprints right at the beginning of practice, pre-stretches, and he made a big deal out of how he wanted to see how fast we were, like he was evaluating us, to make sure we were all running our fastest. I pulled a hamstring (which hurt like hell), missed a couple months of summer ball, and had to deal with it my entire senior season, including one tweak that cost me a quarter of a game, plus physical therapy to get me on the field the following week. I thought my coach was ignorant, but at least he wasn't getting paid much.

If it's true that they never even bothered trying to prevent injury, I almost want to say we deserve all the injuries we got.

Those "little hamstring injuries" have plagued certain key players like Woodley and Troy the last couple of seasons and as a result, have negatively impacted our defensive performance.
