We were held back by a Qb that was afraid of getting touched Sunday night. Go back, and watch, the plays were there. That's a sign the calls were good enough, and the D played fine until they got so worn out they couldn't.

 

I just heard this this morning, Arthur Smith's offense, whether as an OC or Head Coach, has NEVER come back from a deficit of 13 points, ever. And has never come back from a deficit of 8 points with 5 min left in the game. That alone makes you sick for hiring Smith. I just hate his offense.

Uh, Dotson excelled BEFORE Canada and was bad BEFORE Canada, so it wasn't on Canada at all.

What caused him isues and he said so was moving him to the OTHER guard spot.
If you played right defense in soccer and were all state or all ncaa or all pro, and coach moves you to Left side because he is thin there and have another good RD on roster and you're suddenly mediocre, what moron would leave you there? I'll tell you who...Tomlin, The Moron King.

Moving around to get offense confused and maybe not abel to double him, but I wouldn't want to flip him and Highsmith, because both would be far less effective.
Common sense is easy to apply here. Sadly, common sense is lacking more now than ever before. PRobably due to brain rotting watching endless social media clips of people ranting (sports is no different).

 

We can only wish, he was our best OC over the past 15 years.

I'd give anything to have him and punt Arthur the Clown. Hope Arthur takes a HC job and leaves...please let it be so.

Also hope Rooney and Khan do NOT let Tomlin in the room during OC interviews and hiring.

 

There were NO HOLES int he running game. Nothing about a QB. I assume you didn't actual read my post that you responded to? It's okay, I do that once in a while myself.

 

Mahomes.......Although, if Kelsey retires that might change. The NFL would reschedule the SB if it meant getting Taylor Swift at halftime. If Kelsey goes, I bet that the favoritism does as well since that will remove her from the picture.

I only ask because he has rushed from the middle, and guess what happens. He gets double teamed there also.
I did a whole post on this, and provided pictures. Where ever he goes, they just make a call, and double him there, so I really don't know the whole fascination with moving him around is. I've shown he is the most double, and chipped player in the NFL, Hell Sunday night the broadcast show the same thing I've been trying to tell everyone. It's up to the other players to take advantage of their single blocks when this is happening.

 

Why run when you have receivers open? Rodgers was the problem, not the running game.

That is a great moment in a not-so-great movie. I know some people are shocked by it. Others laugh out loud. I was one of the latter. It is just such a great subversion of expectations.
