For the season? Absolutely Rudolph's worse. Last night? Yeah, Rudolph would have at least been as good as Rodgers was. Terrible game for him that's for sure.

Doesn't matter who is on the team bus if the driver is the same.

    That is true.

But overall, it's worrisome that two of their wins are by one score....with a plus 4 turnover margin.

That is the sign of an average team.

Im not advocating for Mason and was saying possibly play Howard once we are eliminated because why not. My point was more around the fact that our offense with AR is very limited. Mostly because of the play-calling and lack of top line threats at skill positions.

Even Boz missed yesterday. Stars definitely weren’t aligned for us last night.

If they get eliminated and they dont play Howard they are truly dumb.

    Rogers will rebound.
But there is validity in thinking they maybe they should have pulled Rogers and let Mason play.
Rogers throws were off target, though one has to acknowledge the Chargers pressure... they did rattle him.
Shame on us for signing this 41-year-old to be our franchise QB this year... he's played very well for the most part and he knows the offense better than anyone, but age is very ruthless. Ideally, we should have had a rookie QB that Rogers is mentoring and make the swap at opportune times to get him OJT.

At the present time, I think it is not unreasonable that when the game is out of hand, Tomlin should not leave Rogers to the wolves, he should take a look at Mason or Howard.
We have to solve the QB thing this coming year.

Rodgers won’t get benched. This looks like Russell Wilson all over again. Hot start.. we think we have something and then the more he plays in this offense the worse he looks each week.

These old QB’s are scared. Reminds me of Any Given Sunday. There is a clean pocket half the time and AR is acting like his feet are on fire.

Also, maybe 3 TE’s and a big ass WR have a hard time getting separation because they are slow as hell. That was embarrassing.

Old QBs hate to take a hit like crazy and throw the ball way too quick. It was a problem with Ben in his last 2 years and this is the same for Rodgers.Sometimes you need to take a hit for the good of the team!

I dont disagree entirely. All I'm saying is that Rodgers has the Bengals and Bears coming up. These are 2 leaky defenses and I anticipate Rodgers playing well in these games. Now isnt the time to start talking about life without AR.

Does Rodgers have a hand injury they’re hiding?

Something seems to be up last few weeks.

He did bang it on a helmet a game or two ago.

Even last night, the tv camera showed a trainer looking at it but it was a really quick shot and no commentary.

Hard to believe, but this is the worst team Tomlin has built... And yes this is a Tomlin built team

Even the sun shines on a dogs ass some days. Yesterday was overcast, stormy, hailing, sleeting, snowing. Not seeing many sunny days for this team hitting the dogs ass (MT) the rest of the way.

Yeah, we were rebuilding in 2012-13 after most of the core contributors of SB's XL, XLIII and XLV retired. But those teams had some rising YOUNG players. We don't have many of those at present.

They will have plenty of cap space not paying a franchise QB and Cam will be off the books soon.

There were a few times last night where I think Rodgers should have just thrown it away instead of taking the sack. He thinks he is Superman, but he can't do that anymore.

If he does have an injury, which is very possible...why not lean heavy on the run????!!!! Warren was the only thing working last night.

The defense did their job for most of the game, but the offense not sustaining any drives and keeping the defense on the field too long.

Harmon, JPJ, P. Wilson, Herbig, Frazier. OK....that's all I can think of for now. These guys are good, but they are not ALL PRO caliber.

Back then we had DeCastro, Pouncey, AB, Bell... uh, you know... like ALL PRO players. Hell... even Jason Worilds ended up being a damn good OLB in his final year before he got religious and retired.
