i hate that we have the bye this early. this makes for a long stretch without a break and then the playoffs if we get there. the NFL always seems to screw us with these early byes. all of them should start to happen at near the halfway point and after.

While they might be getting some players back they are also trading players from that defense. All is not well in Bmore.

We had a mid season bye last season and still lost our last 5. The bye is helpful where it is at right now because we are getting some players back post bye and will have one less week without Ramsey or Austin. We will have the bye a week and a half before the only Thursday night game on the schedule (which should help with injuries, hopefully). I think its fine enough where its at. Would the players have preferred it later? Maybe. But it allows us to regroup from an early slow-ish start on both sides of the ball and make improvements (while getting healthier). I don't mind where its at tbh

This is exactly what I was thinking. The Browns will not be easy. They have an excellent defense. The offense got better when they benched Flacco. The Steelers are the better team, but not by much.

That’s OK. I’m happy if we’re better by 1 point.

From what I've been reading about his injury that 3 month minimum is just that. An absolute minimum. It's more than likely a season ending injury

It not too early to talk about a BYE week for the playoffs as we should be 4-1 by the end of Sunday.

We SHOULD be 4-1 by the end of Sunday, but It's rare for any team to have the record they should have at any point in the season sans week 1. I'm not counting tomorrow's game as a win till the game click reaches 0:00

The Steelers are the current #4 seed, and only 1 game back in the loss column to all the teams in top 3. The Steelers have clinched the tiebreaker vs the top 2

Division games are toss ups. We beat the Vikings and they just beat the Lions.

Would be nice if we ran the table in the division the rest of the season but its probably not going to happen.

Agreed. Beating the Colts was nice (didn't have them on the list)...but getting throttled at home by the Packers still stings.

At least the Packers loss is non-conf. Steelers are 4-1 in the AFC and 1-1 in the division

Steelers are not gonna be anywhere near the #1 seed. That will be either Colts, Patriots or Bills. Probably the winner of the AFC East. AFC West will cannibalize each other with split games like the North will.

I think the Colts are going to go into a tailspin. Daniel Jones is going to revert back to his days as a Giant and have some terrible games ahead of him.
