I also was rooting for a Milwaukee/Seattle WS. Could have been an interesting story line with the Brewers getting their start in the AL as the Seattle Pilots in 1969, even though they moved after one season.

Some of the living Pilots could have thrown out the first pitches for the games in Seattle, even though the youngest living player is now in his late 70's

Finally we got us a game 7. As long as it stays close I'll be watching tonight. Hope Mariners can pull it out in Toronto.

We have the Dodgers at #2 payroll. Blue Jays at #5 payroll and Seattle at #16 payroll.

Seattle is at 147 million. Those exciting Pittsburgh Pirates stand at#26 not cracking the 90 million mark.

Dammit, that broke my heart. Mariners were 9 outs away and it went to crap.

Well TBH I don't care about the WS. I would only watch a game 7.

Dodgers/Blue Jays. I'll be hoping for a baseball game November 1st cause it'd be a game 7. BJ's have home field but big deal. I'll guess the Dodgers in 6. They'll celebrate in Canada.

I bet MLB teams would love guys who don't want the money until years later. That really helps the Dodgers financially and will enable them to buy more damn players.

Hey, they didn't have DH's back in Ruth's day but I bet he'd have done what Ohtani does. What an amazing resource for a baseball team.

    COME NUTTING, BUY A FEW;)

Not enough adjectives to describe Ohtani
    Unbelievable
I have been around 6 decades
Never seen anyone do what he has done in the last couple of years
Wish Pirates could get a superstar 2 way player!
We have Skenes, but not close

Babe Ruth was a pitcher until they saw how he swung a bat. Imagine a team with 2 guys like that.
