My bad. I thought it was more likely to be Pickens being dishonest. I still think the inmates run the asylum far too often.

Yes, it is on the Steelers. Tomlin used to be able to handle guys like that. Now he can't.

Agreed, I have learned to not take people's word for it. And sure as heck won't take any of these beat writers.

We have some fans here so dumb they believed a browns beat writer.

I anticipated most of the board would not understand it

Maybe @forgotten can dumb it down for the masses

I understood your response. I simply thought it made more sense in response to one of my other posts.

In this context, I gave you one of many potential examples. I notice you avoided answering the question because it doesn't suit your narrative. Despite being a professional and having all that time around Matt Canada, Mike Tomlin thought Canada could run an NFL offense. Was he wrong?

Mike Tomlin knew Kenny Pickett extremely well before the Steelers drafted him because they share a practice facility with Pitt. Then he got to know him much better through his rookie season and came out of that believing that Pickett should be the starting quarterback in his second season and going forward. Was he wrong?

Chuck Noll knew and worked with Terry Bradshaw for years, but benched him for Joe Gilliam and Terry Hanratty at points during the 1974 season. Was he wrong?

Bill Cowher got to know Kordell Stewart for two years before making him the Steelers' starting quarterback for the better part of five seasons. Was he wrong?

Professionals are not infallible. They make mistakes. They get it wrong sometimes. You should know that.

I see you are going to try to cover the flaw in your argument with rudeness. Sounds to me like you know I'm right and won't admit it. Thank you for that.

Your original premise was based in the notion that professionals with superior access to information are infallible. That simply isn't true and you should know that.

And I asked you before where I ever said TJ wanted to be traded and you produced nothing. I just shared his IG post and said fans were freaking out, not my fault you can't figure it out .

George Pickens currently sitting at the #2 spot this season for most catches over 20 yards. George proving he is one of the best WRs in the game.

Just think Pittsburgh is currently paying George Picks over $500,000 to set all these records for the Cowboys..... Thanks Khan!!!

Proving the mistake by the Steelers even more

George Pickens is currently #3 and DK is currently #4 and it appears this will be the case for a couple more weeks minimum.

    THANKS TOMLINKHAN

I have a Dollar in my pocket that says if Colbert was still here George Pickens would still be playing on his rookie contract this year.

Colbert like the Rooney's, or maybe because of the Rooney's did not like wasting Dead Cap money on players who were still on their Rookie Contracts.

Oh, Don't hate on the Player Stats, they are FACTS not Fantasy. I am not quoting PFF crap, just stating the Facts. :)

You're saying Pickens didn't really say that? It's reported in Sports Illustrated. Sports Illustrated was fooled?

It's laughable some of you guys think Rodgers and Pickens would work well together, we have seen Rodgers chew out teammates imagine Pickens running a route half assed.
