It was also a horrible decision to fire Mike Vrabel after 2023

To the shock of no one. However, given how Owner Amy Adams Strunk hires then fires Head Coaches left and right, I don't believe that Arthur Smith would be willing to go back. Never mind that, Smith seems pretty content being an OC; the same as he was during his days with Tennessee back in the day.

One final caveat to take note; Pittsburgh still needs to find their signal caller. Smith can start again anew in Pittsburgh with that search. Cam Ward no doubt possess talent to be that guy but as it stands currently, poor dude is overwhelmed. Seriously doubt Smith wants to start with a Franchise that has a meddling Owner and build that team back to the ground up.

I don't know why they even hired that guy. Titans trying to stake a claim to having the crappiest owners in the league. Looking at the way they trade away their best players, get rid of good coaches, hire crappy replacement coaches, go through GMs, they are making a damn good case for it.

Do you think Cam Ward will develop into a qb?

I think he can but the titans haven't shown they can develop QBs over the last 10+ years. In fact, it's the opposite as they have helped to destroy more young QBs careers like Mariota, Cassel, Willis, Levis.

... in a continuation of failures by incompetent ownership.

Biggest one for me remains pairing Trevor Lawrence with Urban Meyer. There is a reason why Jimmy Johnson and Pete Caroll are exceptions to the rule. Massive mistake.
