Chokers interested in Starks

    According to the San Diego paper, the Chokers are very interested in Max Stark(s). To be honest, I didn't know we had let him go. If memory serves, wasn't he guilty of a lot of false start/holding penalties?

    I don't know, I always thought he was Steelers most consistent lineman. Well if your not counting consistently injured, then there are a few that will pass him.

    We didn't let him go, we just didn't sign him. He's an Unrestricted Free Agent right now. From what I've read, the Chargers seem pretty interested in him.

    not bad on the penalties, but I did read somewhere that while he only gave up I believe 6 sacks, he was at or near the top in giving up qb hurries

    I've always thought Max has been disrespected in Pittsburgh. He's not a stuf by any stretch of the imagination but he's pretty consistent, and one of the better OL we've had the past few years (other than Pouncey).

    I wouldn't want him starting necessarily but I'd take him over WHIMPER in a heartbeat. It'd be nice to have some competition for the 2 young guys too.
