Tomlin in his defense won’t make up excuses
    But his fanboys will

After this disastrous week for most top teams, anyone sorry the Steelers had a Bye? Not me. There was some strange JuJu out there from coast to coast (sorry Art Bell). That being said, will KC tumble tonight in J-Ville? Very possible.

But the Steelers got a big splash play from their dink and dunk offense ;)

The Ravens have given up 177 points so far this year. The Ray Lewis 2000 Ravens gave up 165 all season.

Kansas City messing up in Jacksonville?! Not sure about that one. It really depends though on which Trevor Lawrence shows up.

The talent isn't in question. The consistency and the simple things are. Time to see if he can do those against a Titan Level Threat in the Conference.

Yep. It wasn't the Steelers offense that made the mistake, it was the Vikes defense.

More like wide open. This might end up being the worst division off all time from a winning percentage perspective.

With Burrow out the Bengals are trash. The Ravens defense was leaky before, but with the injuries sustained, it will be hard for them to win games until Lamar is back. They will literally have to outscore every opponent (the added pressure is being felt with 8 giveaways so far this year). The Browns have a solid defense, but not much offensively.

Lamar will be back by the time we play them, but anything less than 5-1 in division would be a disappointment. 4-2 is acceptable enough (as long as both losses aren't to Baltimore), though won't happen without a collapse vs an inferior Bengals or Browns team.

If we really want to put a chokehold on the division, we need to win the next two games. Simple as that.

No excuse for losing to either team although the short road week is always tough.

I'm still having bad vibes remembering the back to back losses to the 1-8 Cardinals and 1-8 Patriots a couple of years ago.

and how have the Steelers fared against teams we "should" have beaten? Not sure all time but they have definitely laid some eggs against horrible competition

One guy not coming back is responsible for 90% of their pass rush.

I still think that the nfc west in 2010,nfc east in 2015 and 2020,afc west in 2008 and the nfc south in 2014,2022,2023 were among the worst divisions of all-time and I don't think it will be at this caliber but this is possible it become the worst afc north ever, maybe even the afc central before the afc north....Maybe only in 1985 could be in the conversation when the browns won the division at 8-8

Of course,it could change if the ravens finish at 10-7 and peak at the right time

Agree. I picked KC. But.......after this past week's outcomes, who knows? The biggies dropped like flies. I'm actually rooting for Jax and will gladly take the loss in the Pickem. Just like with the Bills and Chargers.
