Issue With Staying Logged In Here

Anybody else having this issue? Been this way for many months. About 80% of the time, I am logged out even though I choose option to stay logged in. Very strange. Toggles back and forth.

Yeah I have the problem too like you said around 80% of the time. I just thought it was because of my cheap Cricket phone but it must be something more than that.

Only issue I have with this site is on Android phone and tablet. I get pop-up ads from hell. I don't get them on my Windows 11 desktop and Linux Mint laptop.

Weird. You could try going into your browser settings and clearing the cache and cookies for the site. Every so often I get logged out, but then it won't let me log back in. Typically stems from a cookie acting up, so once I clear out site stored data it's good again for a few months.

But yours sounds like a security setting with your browser or antivirus software that's purging or otherwise deleting cookies from the site. Check the settings of each regarding cookies/site permissions in general, and under your browser you can look at the site permissions specific to TSF. (e.g., with Chrome go to Settings -> Privacy and Security -> Site Settings -> view data and permissions across sites -> TheSteelersFans.

Only other thing I can think of is device restrictions, but that seems unlikely.

No issues staying logged in. Never log out.

 

Today my iPhone started doing it

My iPad did not

I rebooted my phone and the problem went away today

Once a long time ago I had to delete cookies

 

This issue seems to be fixed now without my having to do anything.

Been about a week with never being signed out unexpectedly. Any others here who had the same issue also get theirs resolved?

Wonder if admin here did a site correction/maintenance of some sort.
