I thought I heard on radio the Browns had a new deal in place (then could not find any updates), do know Washington deal seems to be moving forward. Said that because it is likely the Steelers have had at least some discussions about the current stadium and it's future. I like the idea of leasing Rooney Field for at least 2 home games during the season and limiting the price to 10 bucs for the poor fans like me who would enjoy old style bleachers to rest my old buns on, have a lottery and perhaps I might enter!

Last thing I remember were the urinal trough replacements. Looks like these are the latest (2025):

• "South Lawn Project": The team is installing a 10,000-12,000 square-foot artificial turf field on the south lawn for youth athletes to use before and during games.
• New, larger video board as part of ongoing renovations. The new board will be significantly larger than the existing one at Gate A, spanning 1,117 square feet.
