A win is a win. If you can't enjoy the wins, maybe it's not worth watching.
I think part of the problem is the lack of a light at the end of the tunnel. It's been so long since we've been competitive, and for the most part, we haven't had much playoff success under Tomlin. We're not a rebuilding team, we're not here to win a handful of games and let high draft picks. This team is built to compete and has been for a very long time, yet the results haven't been there. We've also lost to some really mediocre teams and QB's over the years. It's frustrating. The frustration comes from many years of failure. Many fans, right or wrong, lump seasons together, right or wrong.

We're not rebuilding, yet we don't appear to ever be a real contender either. Many of us can see the problems, but they don't seem to be addressed. It's frustrating, and it really has very little to do with that one game vs the Pats.

But as I said, a win is a win and I can enjoy the win while also being skeptical and frustrated with this team, and the most overrated coach in NFL history.

I was happy we won yesterday but deep down I know that barely winning despite forcing 5 turnovers just isn't sustainable. There probably won't be another game this season that we force that many turnovers. And it worries me that there just isn't too many teams that we can just line up and beat without getting a lot of turnovers.

When their wins stop making me happy is the day I stop watching football. Whats the point then.

Of course they will have to improve in many areas, but that were winning while still trying to improve is great.

And what some people don't want to admit is........
No matter how bad we have been playing, if Austin doesn't tip that pass away in the endzone against the Seahawks, and KJ doesn't have a brain fart on the kick off, we could be, or maybe 3-0.

I'm probably gonna quit watching and caring if major changes don't happen in 2026. Tired of the same old crap, year in and year out.

They won't even notice. This whole board could stop watching, and they wouldn't even notice. So You either watch, and enjoy, or You don't.

I agree. It doesn't matter. But I'll have better things to do with my Sunday afternoons than watching a bad product every week. I'll return when changes are made at the top. Until then... this year is it for me.

    same here.

‘as I said, once one realizes that the most to hope for is just the next win, then watching becomes fun again. Just flush away any thoughts of winning SBs or playoff games, and just think of every single game as its own SB. Suddenly not having losing seasons feels like 9+ SB wins every season!

even Terry says they’ll never contend: https://www.cbssports.com/nfl/news/...l-contenders-thats-not-a-great-football-team/

“"They're always competitive, but they're past being a contender. They're not a contender. They're just not from what I've seen. They haven't been a contender in five years."”
