Not only didn't we get my 2013 draft crush Steeler Fan Rontez MilesBUT, the poor SOB went to the JETS! Ohhhhhhhhh the humanity ..

And i REALLY don't like the fact the we used a draft pick on a QB who will never take a snap...
Especially when you could get comparable talent with an UFA! A total waste of a pick!

 

And it was just last year they were down to their 3rd QB...could easily happen again...

 

But it doesn`t bother you that the Bungles stole our next Heath Miller, in Eifert, and all we got was some sorry ass LB outta Georgia???

 

Not too often, but if Jones becomes our #2, over Gradkowski in the near future... Ben`s backups have been seeing at least one or two games a year, for the last three seasons, unfortunately...
And if Gradkowski can`t take a hit any better than Lefty... Who knows?
Just sayin..
(I still woulda rather had Simon on board, now that I know he was available.. )

 

What sucks is Matt Elam, Arthur Brown, and John Simon going to the Ravens. Not only do we not get 3 guys I like, they go to our arch-enemy.

 

I can think of a few big games for the Steelers alone. The Texans had to take a third stronger into the playoffs two years ago so it happens enough to warrant grabbing the guy you want. Plus the kid is a football junkie and that's great to have as a back up.

 

No. There will be more "next Heath Millers" in the future. Had they taken Eifert...that would have been fine...but they didn't...

 

And to top it off those three guys are better than any three of our guys we drafted.

I don't think eifert was even on their radar. To play TE i Pgh you gotta be able to block and that's a big weakness of his.
